Original Fragrance House is a luxury
perfume reselling business based in
Faisalabad, Pakistan. We sell 100%
original luxury fragrances including
Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, YSL,
Versace, Hermes, Armani, Givenchy,
Bvlgari, Tom Ford and more.

2. PRODUCTS & AUTHENTICITY

All products sold by Original Fragrance
House are 100% original, sourced from
authorized suppliers and batch code
verifiable at checkfresh.com.

We are an independent reseller and are
not officially affiliated with any luxury
brand we carry. We operate as a legitimate
grey market reseller which is legal
in Pakistan.

Tester products contain the exact same
authentic fragrance formula as retail
versions but may come without full
retail packaging.

3. PRICING

All prices are listed in Pakistani
Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change
without prior notice. The price at the
time of order confirmation is the
final price. Delivery charges are
separate and communicated at checkout.

4. ORDER & PAYMENT

Faisalabad and Lahore:
50% advance required to confirm order.
Remaining amount paid on delivery (COD).

All Other Cities:
Full payment required in advance.

Custom Orders:
50% advance required to confirm.
Remaining 50% paid on delivery.
Delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

Accepted payment methods:
JazzCash and Bank Transfer only.

Advance payments are non-refundable
if the customer cancels after the
order has been confirmed and packed,
refuses delivery without valid reason,
or provides an incorrect address.

5. DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times:
Faisalabad: 1 to 2 business day
Lahore: 1 to 2 business days
Major cities: 2 to 3 business days
Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only.
Original Fragrance House is not
responsible for delays caused by
courier companies once the order
has been dispatched. A tracking
number will be shared via WhatsApp
within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns only in these cases:
Wrong product delivered.
Product arrived physically damaged.
Seal was broken upon arrival.

Return requests must be made within
24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp
with photo or video proof.

We do not accept returns for opened
products, change of mind or requests
made after 24 hours of delivery.

Authenticity Guarantee:
If any product is proven to not be
100% original through batch code
verification at checkfresh.com,
a full refund will be issued with
no questions asked.

Refunds are processed via the same
payment method within 3 to 5
business days.

All brand names mentioned are
trademarks of their respective owners.
Original Fragrance House uses these
names only to identify the products
we sell. We are not affiliated with
or endorsed by any luxury brand.

All website and social media content
including logos and graphics are the
property of Original Fragrance House
and may not be copied or used without
written permission.

8. PRIVACY

We collect your name, phone number
and delivery address solely for order
fulfillment. We do not share your
information with any third party
except our courier partners for
delivery purposes. We do not store
any payment information.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Original Fragrance House is not
liable for courier delays beyond
our control, damage caused after
delivery or allergic reactions to
fragrances. Our maximum liability
shall not exceed the amount paid
for the specific order in question.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the
laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall
be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Original Fragrance House reserves
the right to update these terms at
any time. Continued use of our
services after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the
updated terms.
